6 days of working as a promoter again during the weekends... This time it wasn't as bad or boring compared to the time when i was doing the ice-cream sampling. Furthermore, my supervisor is much better. She is friendlier, nicer and more responsible... And i actually learnt a better way to approach customers.
Anyway, ya like i said it wasn't the worst. At first i felt like kicking myself for taking the job cos i never like promoting jobs but i decided 'hey, if i just stay at home, i will feel boring and earn nothing. But if i work, i feel boring and get paid for it...' So it wasn't a hard decision to make.
I discovered an interesting fact... Chinese don't really use air fresheners for home compare to others.. Mostly use car air-fresheners. The first question they will ask me was "Is this for car?", "No..? Oh i'm looking for car wan..."
Another thing i discovered was, language is a barrier.. When i realised my mistake of speaking in english to some of the Chinese who can't understand well, i tried a new tactic of speaking in BM to them... And though they understand what i said perfectly, just because i'm not speaking in Mandarin or Cantonese, they chose to ignore.. I am at the disadvantage for not able to converse in Mandarin.. =(
But at least the time pass by pretty fast... In 3 days time, i can go for my vacation... Yes!! Finally... =)
