Maybe then, i would have answered NO!!! It is bloody not worth it....
But now i think it's worth it... I've learnt something... Anyway, anything is better than just staying at home and become a couch potato... I've only been home for 1week plus, and i'm already feeling so lazy and restless... I'm actually missing the time when i was busy working... Times when i slept early cos my eyes were too strained, when i rarely had the time to online or more accurately no desire to online at all because i had been staring at computer screen half the day in the bank, when i lost alot of weight that my supervisor had fun teasing me about being skinny...
the office i was working I know i wasn't a good staff though... Somehow i always managed to encounter problems either with the PC, scanner or docs, which i knew gave alot of headaches to Gary... Thankfully, i learnt to get instructions and manuals thru phone conversation so he didn't have to come over everytime i had a problem... Due to the frequent times i had to call him, Gary's number was officially set to one of my speed-dial... =_=" If that wasn't enough to make me felt bad, he also fetched me home at least once a week so that i can be home in 1/2 an hour instead of 2hours...
my ex-supervisor, Gary...
But not to forget, the person who worked with me everyday, whom listened to my complaints and kept me company. Laveen was always supportive and fun to work with... The girl who likes to eat 'jambu' and peanuts... =D I always had to trouble her to go to the lower floor to get confirmations or enquiries about the docs... She was also my lunch partner so i never had to eat alone except when i ate while working... In short, the person who made the whole working experience more enjoyable...
And all the other people who were working in that office, directly or indirectly related to my work... The senior admin who runs the office that i was "invading"... Mr Looi, the person whom I always had to search and chased because i need to use his computer for verifications... The sales people... Shanta, the cleaner.... Even the guards, who always smile brightly everytime they greeted people...I got fond of them and they kinda spiced up my working days...
